REMITTANCE IN ADVANCE
- First-Come, First Serve: In order to provide efficient and quality medical services, reservations are made for those who pay in advance.
- Proof of Payment: Accepted case will be processed ONLY after the remittance. Present proof of payment via our LineID:@825udvib or Email getwellsoon.tw@gmail.com
- Reschedule & REFUND POLICY:
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be made Three Full Days (72 hours) prior to the appointment’s date. A cancellation fees will be applied.
- No Refund Policy: Cancellations made within or less than three full days or made after two(2) times of rescheduling are not refundable.
- Reschedule Policy: For each appointment, it is allowed to reschedule two(2) times without additional fees. Reschedule must be made three full days (72 hours) prior to the appointment’s date.
- Additional Charges: Additional processing fees will be applied if rescheduling is made after two times.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Wire Transfer Payment Currency: U.S. Currency or NTD Currency only.
- Face-To-Face Cash Payments: Only under certain conditions and cases do we accept face-to-face payment transactions. VIP clients are eligible to pay on the same day. Payment methods and policies are subject to change.
- The appointment will be made after the payment is received and confirmed.
